This beautiful, scenic course set in 90 acres of rolling countryside presents an exciting challenge to golfers of all ages and abilities. Each hole has been carefully designed to challenge all aspects of your game.
Whilst the course is not prohibitively long, the gently sloping fairways and subtly guarded greens ensure that careful thought has to be applied to all shots.
The course is exquisitely maintained: the elegantly shaped fairways are cut regularly to a height of 12.5mm and the semi rough is regularly cut to a height of 50mm. The greens are gently sloping and provide a true putting surface. They are lovingly maintained to the highest standard. Considerable efforts have been made to improve this course. Significant investment has been made in the purchase of new machinery and golf course accessories. An ambitious project has recently been completed, under the direction of Golf Course Architect Kenneth Imrie, which has remarkably improved course drainage. All of the bunkers contain high quality, yellow sand. Nine new tees are under construction. This will create considerable variance for the front and back nine.
